1. Open Google Cloud → APIs & Services → Credentials → this Web client
2. Add Authorized redirect URI:
   https://watcher.parsimonyerp.com/auth/google/callback
3. OAuth consent screen → if Publishing status is Testing, add steve@parsimony.com under Test users
4. Wait a minute, then try Google sign-in again
